Welcome to Pacifico: Ritmos Del Caribe, the very first edition of a new Latin experience at Pacific Amsterdam. A vibrant ode to the sounds, colors, and flavors of the Caribbean — full of passion, rhythm, and comunidad.
What started as a dream among colleagues, friends, and family is now evolving into a recurring celebration of Latin culture. From afternoon till late at night, Pacifico takes you on a tropical ride filled with sultry salsa moves, fiery live music, and flavorful surprises.
What to expect:
– An art exhibition featuring Latin American artist Alexandra Pereira: the artist views painting as a personal, emotional outlet. Originally from Costa Rica, she moved to Madrid, where she began painting. She uses bold colors to convey emotions, especially in expressive portraits. Through color and contrast, Pereira shares her inner world, with each piece marking a step in her journey of self-discovery.

– Brassband Eternity
- Live performances by Tres Ríos: the first son jarocho ensemble based in the Netherlands – a collective of musicians from Mexico and Spain, led by Leonardo Prieto. Rooted in the rich tradition of Veracruz, their sound blends rhythmic footwork, poetic lyrics, and traditional Mexican guitars like the jarana and leona. Uplifting, soulful, and full of history – this is son jarocho, brought to life.
