Klare Taal
Klare Taal, meaning ‘clear language’, is an evening full of spoken word, music, poetry, stand-up comedy, and other word-based arts. After a successful first edition, it's time for round two on Tuesday, December 17!
Klare Taal will be presented in Dutch.

Max Pickkers
Max Pickkers is a theater maker with a passion for exploring various forms of theater. Growing up in the multicultural neighborhood of Osdorp in Amsterdam, he developed a fascination for different cultures and their influence on identity. Max describes himself as a "chameleon," constantly adapting to his ever-changing surroundings. In 2024, he captivated audiences at De Parade with his solo performance Surabaya Boy.
Meester Hidde
Meester Hidde combines his love for hip-hop with his career as a teacher. What started as freestyle rapping during school breaks has evolved into a serious music career. He released a music video with Sjaak, performed a session at FunX, and launched his own EP Lunchtime. His lyrics, characterized by humor, creative flows, and linguistic brilliance, cover both his teaching experiences and broader social themes.
Luan Buleshkaj
Luan Buleshkaj is a versatile word artist and a well-established name in the Dutch spoken word scene. He has performed on prestigious stages and theaters such as Lowlands, Carré, De Kleine Komedie, and Het Nationale Theater. In addition, he was a contributor to Nieuws BV on Radio 1, a resident poet at Spijkers met Koppen, and a columnist for CritiX on FunX. With his solo performance Leeuwenkind, he won both the Ramses Shaffy Prize at the Amsterdam Cabaret Festival and the Best of Fringe Award at the Amsterdam Fringe Festival. NRC praised his sharp writing, precise use of language, and surprising rhyme schemes.
Zeinab El Bouni
Zeinab El Bouni is a writer, performer, and program creator. Since her introduction to spoken word in 2013, she has built a strong reputation in the cultural sector. She excels in various fields, including performing, programming, and project management. Through her work, Zeinab aims to demonstrate that choosing the unknown can lead to connection. Her goal is to create a lasting legacy for the next generation of multidisciplinary writers.
Shariff Nasr
Shariff Nasr is a creative all-rounder. As a director and writer, he has made several films, including El Houb, which was recently shown in cinemas. In addition, he creates popular sketches for his account Een Stukje. Since his breakup a few years ago, Shariff has also taken to the stage as a stand-up comedian, finding humor in topics like world politics, Palestinian hospitality, circumcision, and breakups.
Rihab El Majdoubi
Rihab El Majdoubi is an 18-year-old spoken word artist and poet. She has performed at events such as The Great Granate Gala and is a two-time winner of the national Doe Maar Dicht Maar competition. Through her performances, she brings current issues to life in a poetic and powerful way.
